Am I nutritionist? Sadly not. Do I like to research and make informed discussions about what I'm putting in my body? Yes! Now I will tell you I'm not perfect (C'mon who is?) but I try my best and when I eat better I feel better. I'm constantly learning new things everyday, whether it's reading books, blogs, watching YouTube videos, documentaries, or listening to a podcast, I love educating myself on vegan nutrition. Partly because if someone asks me "Where to you get your ____ (insert vitamin here)?" I can have an informed answer.
